Repair requests
This website accepts repair inquiries for Arellano Collision & Repair. For urgent questions or help with a request, call Cristian at (240) 556-4188.
What the request feature stores
The feature stores a name, phone number, vehicle description, selected service, message, contact-consent time, and any photos provided. Follow-up web messages, shop notes, request status, and dates are stored with the request. The site administrator can view this information. Daniel Coburn can access it to operate and support the website. Do not submit IDs, insurance paperwork, payment details, health information, passwords, or unrelated personal material. Photos can contain location metadata; remove it and crop out faces and other personal details before uploading.
Storage and access
Requests and messages use the hosting platform’s database; photos use private object storage. Photos and conversations require the request’s private access key or administrator authorization. Anyone with a conversation link can read that request and write messages, so keep the link private. Links expire 30 days after submission and can be revoked by the administrator. Expiring a link does not delete the underlying records. No website or transmission method is completely secure.
Use and follow-up
Request information is used to evaluate and follow up on the vehicle inquiry. The website currently does not send automatic SMS or email. Replies are web messages in the saved conversation link; a team member may separately call or text using a phone. Notification subscriptions for administrators store device endpoints and encryption keys. Push alerts contain generic notices, not the customer’s name, phone number, photos, or repair details. Saving a request does not establish that a shop employee has received or read it. This form does not authorize repairs, guarantee a price, or reserve an appointment.
Technical information and outside services
The website records aggregate daily page views and contact-button clicks without its own visitor profile or advertising pixel. The host processes technical connection and security information and may set a security cookie. Abuse controls use daily hashes of connection addresses and short-lived counters. Google Fonts and the embedded Google map receive connection information when loaded; Google applies its own privacy policy. Calling or texting opens your device’s phone service. Those services have their own practices.
Retention and information requests
Requests remain in the private shop inbox until an administrator removes them. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Administrators can export a request’s details, download its photos, revoke its customer link, or permanently remove its records, messages, and uploaded photos from active storage. Downloaded copies and hosting-provider backups are separate. To ask for a correction or removal, call Cristian at (240) 556-4188 or contact Daniel Coburn for website support. Identity may need to be checked before private information is provided.
